Please feel free to practice any variation of this pose with your mini, with your pets or solo 🤗😂 I went with seated pigeon practicing my #flipgrip which is becoming a bit more accessible on a daily basis 🤸🏼♀️😂...and wasn't sure if I could get it in with my 15 second camera timer app 🤔😂😂 Anywhoo... I love how this pose teaches me something every time I approach it 🙌🏻 Can't wait to see which variations you all practice and share!
